I've recently read the book How to Winter by Kari Leibowitz about winter mindsets and in the book she addresses the role of infrastructure and local culture and how it influences our mindset about winter. There is a line in it about if you design a city for winter, it benefits people all year. So if we design citities for winter and babies, just imagine the world we could have.
